Refund Policy

LASTBUSRIDE does not accept Returns or Refunds. All sale items are final.
However, in the rare case, where an error is made by LASTBUSRIDE regarding your order, such as a wrong order received or if item received is defective. You may return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, only if your item is no longer in stock. Postage cost for return will be reimburse to you.

(Do note: Item only can be returned if the item is in BRAND NEW CONDITION)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1-4 working days)

If you need to return or exchange an item, email us at SALES.LASTBUSRIDE@GMAIL.COM with your order number and with pictures clearly showing the defect or pictures of wrong item received, whichever deems appropriate, and our Customer Service Team will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.
