Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy

  • It is only applicable to purchases made via Orders made from third parties will not be eligible for returns. 
  • Should you require an exchange or return, it has to be requested within 7 working days from the time you receive your item.
  • The item(s) must be in its original conditions received and packed in its original transparent packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact).
  • Sale and discounted items purchased are strictly not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Your order slip has to be included in all return parcels for easy identification. Parcels received back in our HQ without any form of identification will not be eligible for exchange and refunds.
  • All returns will strictly be refunded via store credits. Store credits is valid for 6 months from date of issue. 

Returns and Exchange Methods

  • Mail the items to us
    • Kindly mail your exchange items to our HQ, together with your packing slip, and intact clothing label. Please write your order number and email on the parcel.
    • Do include a picture of the parcel and a screenshot of the transaction in your reply.
    • The exchange item will be dispatched from our HQ once we receive your return.
  • Walk-in exchange
        • We would arrange for a walk-in exchange at our office as per your appointment slot.
        • The address and opening hours will be given after the appointment has been confirmed. 
        • Kindly note that walk-in exchanges would only be allowed if an appointment with us was scheduled, and it should be done within 7 working days from the day that the exchange was requested. 
        • Please ensure that the appointment is confirmed before heading down to our office.
      • Return box
        • We have a black box labelled ‘Return Box’ in front of our door and you can just open the cover and drop it in.
        • Please include your return item together with your packing slip, and intact clothing label.

          Incorrect/Defective Items Received

          • We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item. 
          • In the case of a defect or incorrect item, please direct your concerns to within 7 working days of receiving the parcel, with the reason of exchange and a snapshot of the defect clearly shown.
          • For the exchange to be valid, the item must be in its original condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered) with the tag intact.
          • If there are available stocks for the defected item, LBRLABEL will arrange for a one-to-one exchange. However, in the event that the defected item is unavailable, a store credit refund will be issued.
          • Defective items DO NOT include:

            • Loose threads, scratches, or slight stains that are not obvious under normal lighting
            • Slight asymmetry of item
            • Slight misalignment of seams
            • Placement of prints
            • Slight colour differences due to different monitors’ resolutions and studio/ outdoor lighting
